A big part of spreading awareness about disabilities is educating the younger generations. I believe the A Kids Book series does a beautiful job of doing just that and with topics that may seem difficult to explain to a child. Please bring your families and young ones to this completely FREE event and learn about the people in our community and the things that make people with disabilities unique. I will be hosting readings of the A Kids Book About Disabilities once a month, location to be determined, my hope is at my local library… more details coming soon.
